Since the COVID-19 flare-up, we have all been forced to adjust the way we live our life to remain safe. Coronavirus is yet affecting our lives. Thus, we have implemented safety measures at our store as per the Government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues.
Changes What we have done
The colleagues at Nihant have been working relentlessly round the clock to provide the same level of great customer service during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We have promptly adapted how we work to meet the demands. The following is a list of initiatives we have outlined to help you understand how our changes may affect your Nihant experience. We have implemented Covid-19 safety initiatives to enhance the comprehensive safety measures that make our Nihant stores a COVID-19 secure place to shop and work. Our changes adhere to the Government guidelines, and these have been introduced to keep you as our customers and our colleagues safe.
Face mask covering – Customers and colleagues are urged to wear a face mask while in-store.
As per the Government guidance, Nihant store colleagues will now wear a face mask while at work. Nihant has always encouraged its colleagues to wear a face masks.
Hand sanitizer – We have a hand sanitizer in place at the counter.
Social distancing – Keeping our customers and colleagues safe has been our topmost priority. Therefore, social distancing signage is in place throughout the store. We urge you all to adhere to the social distancing whilst shopping with Nihant.
Hygiene measures – We take the safety of our customers and colleagues very seriously. Therefore, our store is always kept to absolute hygiene standards.
Contactless payments – We urge you to pay with Fonepay, E-Sewa, and bank transfer contactless payment where possible whilst shopping with Nihant at the store.
Delivery and collections – To help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep our customers and our colleagues safe, all our delivery drivers and collections colleagues will always maintain at least a 2-meter distance. Nihant has wide options of payment methods such as cash on delivery or collections, E-Sewa, FonePay, credit or debit cards, and bank transfer.
Contactless delivery – If you choose contactless delivery, your driver will leave your shopping at the front door. Your driver will call ahead to ask for the details of where to leave your shopping. If you opt for contactless delivery you are required to pay online by E-Sewa, FonePay, or bank transfer.
Contactless collection – Click & Collect collection point is at the front of the Nihant Store or underground car park, please remain in your vehicle while we unload your shopping into your boot.
Our store also has an internal collection point. So, you may choose to come inside to collect your order. We will bring your shopping to you while maintaining social distancing.
If you opt for contactless collection you are required to pay online by E-Sewa, FonePay, or bank transfer.
